about colin wolfe

a bit more context

I'm an undergrad at Dartmouth College studying computer science and electrical engineering. I currently work at the Graphmind Lab, the Distributed Intelligence Lab, the DALI Lab, and am contributing to GrowAI. Previously, I've worked at the Jefferson Lab and Probity Inc. See the experience page for more thorough explanations.

I care deeply about intelligent systems that can engage in creative pursuits and reason on complex problems. I hope the future is embodied intelligence that can perceive and interact with the physical world. I'm also interested in the acquisition of language, AI agency and its ethical ramifications, the future of labor, reinforcement learning for grounding models, the limits of computation, and more.

At Dartmouth, I'm a teaching assistant for the computer science department, a brother of the Phi Delta Alpha fraternity, an algorithms tutor, have written for the student newspaper, hosted a radio show on WebDCR, and slept on the green more than once. I like to hike and drive in the Upper Valley as much as possible.
